4. Airline Refunds

  • Airline ticket refunds are governed by the airline’s cancellation and refund policy. Aspire Trip will assist in processing refunds as per the airline’s terms.
  • In case of flight cancellations by the airline, Aspire Trip will facilitate a refund or rebooking based on the airline’s policy.

5. Hotel and Tour Package Refunds

  • Hotel and tour package refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the respective service provider. Aspire Trip will communicate these terms at the time of booking.
  • Refunds for no-shows or unused services are not applicable.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and service charges.
  • Custom or special arrangements made specifically for the traveler.
  • Last-minute bookings or services marked as non-refundable during purchase.

7. Force Majeure

9. Travel Insurance Claims

Aspire Trip strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. Refunds for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events must be claimed directly from the insurance provider. Aspire Trip is not responsible for denied claims.
